Seems like now that school has started the days drag (while at work) and the nights fly (except when we are doing homework). It is amazing to think that in just over 2 months we will be adding to our family.
Because of me being pregnant we have been unable to do much Sunday drives which is our family normal. But with the high altitude and the bumpy roads it makes me swell and cramp all night. So our lives have been very uneventful and we mostly just chill at home.
Here is a family recap:
Tony:
Tony has been working hard as normal. In his free time he rebuilt his Yamaha Dirtbike and was finally able to take a ride, but only long enough to realize he had a bad gasket. He now has to take apart and fix it, but hope to have it up and running soon!
Jamie:
Nothing new here. Pregnant, work and taking care of the Kyler & Jaelin. All together I have a very boring yet fulfilling life. Looking forward to being done with pregnancy and adjusting to the life with a baby.
Kyler: 7 years 2.5 months old
2nd grade has been a slow start for us. Kyler is seeming to approve, but also seems to be too lazy to try at times. Makes for a extremely frustrated mom. Thus far he likes his teacher, but is upset about not having PE enough. We hope to improve more on his reading, writing and math skills this year, and get pass the "guessing" answer stage he is in. Each day Kyler looks more and more like his dad and even acts like him (scary).
Jaelin: 5 years 5.5 months old
What a girl. She very clearly has her own personality. Sometimes I wonder where she gets it from. She is loving school so far. She loves Mrs. Mickelson and seems to be getting along well with most of the kids in her class. We are still having plenty of trouble getting her to want to learn her letters, but I really hope with time she will start to try a little harder. Jaelin is still our little music lover. Everything music she wants. She loves to sing, dance, and play her guitar.
Baby Boy: 29 weeks
You still have no name but you are growing nicely and moving a tons. You have the hiccups at least twice a day, usually around 4:30am & 1pm. You still continue to give me morning sickness, and I have yet to have a day were I have not thrown up. Heartburn is extreme and I have been living off of Pepcid AC & Tums for over a month. My blood work showed I was anemic so I have begun taking Iron. You love to roll over and kick until Dad comes around then you play sleep. It never fails. He will hold his hand or place his head on my belly for 30 minutes and you don't make a peep, but as soon as he stops touching me you kick away. My blood sugars have been quite amazing with you and we got the HGA1C down a whole point (which is success to do while pregnant!) All in all this pregnancy has gone very well. We can't wait to meet you!
